About Us
Our Mission: help millennial women succeed in their career
Women make up 51% of the UK’s population, 47.86% of UK workforce, 31% of senior leadership roles and 32% of middle management roles and the gender pay gap among all employees in the UK sits at 14.3% in 2023 which means women are underrepresented in leadership roles and are not getting paid their fair share...
Meet the Founder:
I am a resourceful, insightful and thoughtful leader, with experience leading cross functional teams in defining organisational growth objectives, driving the execution of strategic goals and holding executive leaders to account for delivery. I have a wide and varied career in Banking, Insurance, Professional Services and Higher Education and I am currently the Director of Strategy and Planning at the University of Law.
As a Senior Leader, reporting into the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, I work with the Executive Board and other senior leaders to set the strategic direction for the University and to implement initiatives that’ll enable the achievement of our goals. I have a degree in Law from the University of Lagos, a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Hull and I am qualified to practice law in Nigeria.
What has set me apart in growing my career is my drive and resilience, my ability to always dig deep and rise to the challenge. Like my husband says “I never take no for an answer” and what I want is to help you deliver value in your job and rise to the top.

Why you should join us:
- We want to help you achieve your career goals and find your voice as a leader.
- Provide actionable points to support your career growth.
- Help you become a better leader.
- Create a supportive community of working professionals.

Don’t take a backward step. Don’t shy away from taking up space in the world. Don’t assume you are too junior or that people are too busy. Reach out and network. I believe that when you find problems, you should also find solutions”

"I tell my daughters to have their voice in this world, and it became clear I needed to role-model that"
