About Us
Our Mission: help millennial women succeed in their career
Women make up 51% of the UK’s population, 47.86% of UK workforce, 31% of senior leadership roles and 32% of middle management roles while the gender pay gap among all employees in the UK sits at 14.3% in 2023 which means women are underrepresented in leadership roles and are not getting paid their fair share.
The UK ethnicity pay gap shows that Black, African, Caribbean or Black British employees have consistently earned less than their white counterparts between 2012 and 2022. It is therefore our hope that the resources we share on this page will support women in advancing and propelling their career into senior leadership.
We are here to provide career tips, support services, mentorship, networking opportunities and a supportive community to working millennials especially to black women and women from other ethnic minorities.
